Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Serialization Technical Consultant at VariTec Consulting. The consultant will be responsible for providing B2B connections, API integrations, technical support, troubleshooting, consulting on serialization solutions. Remote work should be acceptable.
Responsibilities
Configure customer environments based on client requirements. Write technical design documents where required. Review, create, edit and test customer interfaces in various formats (CSV, XML, IDOC, EDI etc.). Support user testing activities such as troubleshooting, reading error messages and ensuring the expected results are delivered. Provide deliverable status updates to the Project Manager in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
